condensation coming in through the vents

i've got a '96 blazer and condensation is fogging up the windows and it smells like coolant/anitfreeze. would it be a problem with the heater core?

Yes.
It has a leak someplace.
And a word of caution do not breath the fumes off of coolant.
Heep it well ventilated like windows down until you get it fixed.
