Oil Pan Gaskets

I drive a 1999 Ford Ranger 4x4 3.0L Flex Fuel. for some reason i keep blowing oil pan gaskets. i have ruled out a warped pan because it blew it out the front the first time and the back the second. and i dont think it is the ring because it does not smoke or eat oil so im left with the PCV but you would think that would blow other gaskets as well. if anyone has anymore sugestion please help. THANK YOU

please tell me your procedure for changing that gasket from unbolting the pan to reinstalling it on the engine. What are you seeing.
Loose bolts, what is out of the ordinary

the bolts were not left loose they were all toqued to spec but think you for your imputany other suggestions would be nice

Is the gasket rubber or cork type. Is it blowing from pressure, actually breaking. or could something be contaminating the gasket antifreeze or alcohol or wrong oil. causing it to shrink or harden. I'm grasping at straws here but maybe it will lead you in some direction

One question then would be did someone use silicone along with the gasket?

and are the holes through the pan ok.
I have had to peen them backwards.
overtightened at one time and the pan bent .
put a straight edge over the flat.
Then again I have seen to long a bolt in the pan bottoming out and not letting the pan seal.

Here's a shot in the dark...how about a stuck pcv valve (positive crankcase ventilation). If it's not working, internal engine pressure can build up, causing seals/gaskets to leak. I think they're about 10 dollars at the autoparts store. I'm not familiar with the 3 liter, but my 4 liter has one.

I go along with SJWoody. Somehow it seemed that you have crankcase pressurization problem. I assume that your oil and compression rings are OK and are not causing blowby.
