Swapping overhead consoles

I'm going to swap out the overhead console panel (the door that you can velcro your garage door opener in) with the HOMELINK panel. Looks like a direct replacement,only need to get power to it. The HOMELINK unit has 2 wires, 12V power and ground. One wire is orange and the other is purple with yellow stripe. Is the orange wire the 12V power ?
