1995 beretta cranks but will not start.

I have a 1995 beretta 3.1 V6.. it has been sitting for a few weeks but started regularly. I accidently left the hood up during a snow storm and now it wont start. I know it killed the battery, but when i go to boost it.. it will turn but not start.. my dome light turns on but is very dim. My radio will not turn on at all. the headlights turn on when being boosted. I was thinking the battery is so dead it cant get enough amps to crank?... anyone got any other suggestions? :disappoin

I was thinking the battery is so dead it cant get enough amps to crank?yep... you need a new battery and get it into a warm enviroment for a few day before you try to start it again... if it dont start, come back here and let us know?....
