93 Seat Belts

Anyone have a wiring diagram of how the front motorized belts operate. I can't find any reference in the Haynes manual. Mine have decided to quit and are locked in place by the B pillar. Not sure if the heavy rains have shorted something out. Have no means of where to start looking for relays and harness of wires.
