rear window shelf

does anybody know how to remove the rear cargo shelf behind the back seat headrests on a 03 4 door??? I assume this is how to get the rear speakers out. I have a rattle between it and the body...

On a sedan you should have to remove the back seats to get to the rear deck. Here is a DIY for rear a rear speaker removal that should work fine for your needs.
