I have no idea where 95% of these bolts go:

Here are some pics of the bolts and $hit laid out.

I believe in the pic below #7 are the suspension bolts:
#8 look like the 2 spring bolts that hold my axle back in place to the rest of the piping:

#1 below are the castle nuts that hold the upper control arm in place  Done a camber kit install before :P

What are those 16 shiny things in the bottom right corner :P

Thanks for any info. If you need closer pics of certain bolts and measurements let me know and I'll post it up. I have the feeling that I don't need a lot of these extras

I know the bolts with springs are for were your exhaust manifold mount to the cat. A lot of the other bolts will be for your motor mounts, a lot of them look like the bolts that mount your trans to the block???? HHMMM wierd, don't worry once you start putting things together you should figure most of them out just use common sense if a bolt doesn't go in easy the don't force it if you mess up the treads inside something its a pain in the butt. Trust me I had a starter bolt that was x-threaded into the block from the factory and it snapped off inside my block. It took me 3 days to drill it out and tap it again because I was afraid to mess up my block. You can't really mess bolts up too bad you can tell if there too long because they won't stick out. No manual is gonna tell you where they go except if you go to honda and have them print you out the scematics for that engine. O the big washer is for the inner drive shaft on the drivers side I think it will show you in the haynes manual. You really shouldn't need all the little tiny nuts and bolts unless they took off some things but I doubt it. Good luck

Yeah, I've just about got the Cx motor out and I can already tell there are $hit in there I will not be needing. I may have removed 10 nuts / bolts at this time and there are only a few more (engine mounts).

1-7 look like motor mount and a couple tranny bolts (w/respective bolts next to them)
8 is for the exhaust
3 is the spring pin for the shiftlinkage
you already know the castle nuts
a lot of the little ones are for bolting miscellaneous parts to the fire wall and engine bay in general.
I think the lone number 2 is a bushing for the bottom of the radiator.
Other than that,it is just a quess from a picture.
