1994 vouger 3.3 rust in motor and no heat

my grand vouger has rust in motor and no heat replaced the thermast and the heat core and the control vauvle for heat and still nothing and my cool fan has short in it cant find i think it is a ground wire some were please email me at larryshin40324@yahoo.com to help me thanks
