When retorqing a header bolt I moved one of the oil lines out of the way and noticed the front line fitting would twist/wobble in the area circled in the picture below. There is no leaking no seeping, but the fitting isn't "tight".

Is this normal? I installed the oil cooler on my Corvette but I've never actually built an line w/ AN fittings from scratch so I'm not sure if this is even an issue.

It looks like the hex fitting blue part and the red part simply tie the fitting/hose together?

Well I tried turning the fitting clockwise, but it just spins on the blue tube part and goes back to where it was when I take the wrench off of it.

It looks like it's just a different fitting than the right one due to the bend/length etc.

two wrenches are required to tighten these fittings, one on the red and one on the bule.
Once tight, the fitting will pivit. It is designed this way for movement and positioning of the hose.

Can anyone else see if the front line from the oil adapter has play on their car? My father is in town tonight and we looked it over.. it 100% doesn't leak, but it has more play than the other fittings.
