Mikael,
I would speak with www.hiroboy.com (http://www.hiroboy.com) they do alot of custom paints.. they have a pearl orange that has that effect its just a matter of nailing down your color.

Ok dud that car is in 1/64 scale and yes you can make it up on any printer.
First I hope you can draw! if you trying to do the same on one of your small cars just find the length of the car your goint to put this image on and put that length down on a white sheet of paper now draw out the look of the ribbon. if you dont have photo shop just photo reduce the image down or up, witch ever way you need it. Take the final images and try this it's one of my old (Tutorial)

and if you have photoshop then you know what needs to be done.
Now if you trying to build a '59 in 1/24 scale just size up the images to fit that type of car. Hope this helps.
Oh and one more thing It's not Black flake that's just the way light hits it. the body of the car was primerd gray then he may have mixed in more flakes to add to that flake look. An the paint is some type of candy orange or (Clear type of Orange)you can get flakes to add to your candy orange that are bigger and will look more the part from:

You can get this small box in Gold flake and Chrome flakes. (I was lucky to get some in gold) I't look grate!
Know I don't know where you are from the stats or the UK, but good luck getting what you need.
