Power steering pump again HELP

Ok. let me first start with i have a base model caravan no driver side rear door 4 cyl the only things I got good are air and cd (LOL) but its my dj van new paint, trans, welded strut towers, struts, brakes all the way round, AND the power steering pump 148,000 + shes my baby to much into her to sell.

So I just had the trans put in 7 months ago working very well still at the same time I had the common jerking at park or low rpm steering and the loud obnoxious noise when happening. I Orig did the atf mod it worked for a month and all came back. Then took it to a garage to see if it was rack or pump they said RACK ..... Although working on many sports cars/dropped trucks since 15 I still said the pump was bad, fluid was also over flowing in resivor so when I had the trans put in I asked the trans shop if I bought the pump since they were already ripping (BESSY) apart if they would put it in they said YUP! no extra charge. So I got her back shifting great and steering perfect!

Now my problem is returning same as before this is only 7 months. I had read many forums and I know just week drained fluid with turkey baster out of resivor and put in lucas it has helped a bit BUT not a complete fix. I also going up inclines and hard loads here the pump rattling like it did before like it is or has a bearing wore out. the LOUD A$$ squeal is also back in the low rpm or park or parking range which makes her seem like shes a piece of Shhhhhh. So my question is ? is my rack gone or is this a problem in all caravans I seen out here that there is a return line thats gets TBS or fixed by dealer my pump is from autozone still under 2yr warranty is there any other tricks I should know about! is this a common problem even this year and 4cyl. i have a garage to take it out in what does the JOB intale for the 4cyl does cat have to be disconnected or so on any help would be appreciated. It just really stinks when you have a good looking van that pulls up to a beatifull hall to set up for weddings and it sounds like !@$^%. Also I have to say i go thru front brake pads evry 4 months I dont know if this is a prob either but I have lifetime from the zone on them and rotors so I just swap them out LOL they prob hate me !!!!!!!! but then van is weighed down alot with all my equipment thats all I can think of. My wife says sell it but I would never get my money back plus it just got painted again and looks way to good to go.....

Anyhelp with the pump before I try to tackle it would be great again I have done them before in my younger days on My rx-7 and Dodge Daytona so im famlier with the process and bleeding just some thoughts or previous problems would be awesome I searched for recalls on that year could not find anything..... If anyone has any mods to make this problem go away as well will be appreciated

Thanks
