Rim Scratches

I've got two rims that have gotten scratches from carelessness while parking, a little curb burn if you will. Anyways, the scratches are on the cross-bar / spoke of the rim. (Rims are Enkei RS6 rims, so they're only 6 bar rims). I was wondering if it can be touched up??? Polish, buffing, anything??? And what might it run, where can it be done / bought? Anything...

ouch well at my work we take those rims and sand them match the colour and repaint and clear them. they look like painted alloy so thats ur best bet but it can get $$$ i think we charge like 300 CAN for a set but price it out cause id say u paid a fine price for them but ur body shop might be able to help ya
