Cruise Control Doesnt Come On

I Have A 1999 Ga Se And My Cruise Control Stopped Working. I Looked At The Fuse Panel But Didnt Find A Fuse 4 It. Is There One? Also My Rear Defrost Quit Working 2.

For the cruise control check the pass side fuse box.
Letters, B and C & E are all for the cruise.
In the fuse box under the hood(drivers side) #9 a mini relay is for the rear defog.
