88 4.3 stutter when hot and accelerating

I got this van after it sat for around a year. At first it ran great all the time and then it developed a minor miss at idle only when it was in gear at a stop and up to temp. The miss has become a bad stutter when it's hot at acceleration. It's worst when your's going from a stop or going slow and push the gas a little. If you punch it it will smooth out, but it will continue to repeat this after only a few secs. I have noticed it will stop a bit from time to time, but it may just be how much I'm accelerating.

So far it's had a used egr, and top half of the throttle body.
new plugs, cap, rotor, pcv, and a ton of injector cleaner.
What are some ideas.. It's so wierd that its only when up to operating temp. When you first start it it's golden. PERFECT idle, awesome acceleration. I really need to direction on this so tia for any help.

try an alchol based gas dryer like STP. you might have water in the gas tank.

Possibly a bad plug or plug wire. Try directing a mist of water over the plugs, plug wires, and ignition coil with the engine idling, (at night so you can see if there are any stray sparks flying around).

First off.. thank you so much for the responses. I found today that if it is up to temp, in drive, and I hold the brake, it will miss untill I spray ether around the egr area. I may be crazy, but I'm pretty sure this is the case... So... Thanks to my multiple parts of headsets, I replaced the erg gasket.... no change. I then replaced the tb gasket and spacer gaskets (air filter) and thought I had it... no change. I'm gonna replace the fuel filter... I never did.

I'll add some dry gas tomorrow and plug wires are next on the list, but the ether thing makes me thing pump or f filter. the outher thing I have been contemplateing is the intake gasket... I dunno... advise away... I really need to fix this up as I have baby # 3 on the way in 3 weeks and need the van. Thanks in advance. --Kris

PS. New plugs about 50 miles ago... I'll try the water thing tomorrow. I haven't been able to source a spray bottle.
