Ain't it funny

Well I had some bad luck tonight not too too bad but another huge pissoff let me indulge you.
Ok backstory here I don't normally drive my talon in the winter. It has snows that the original owner gave to me when I bought the car 4 years ago but I have never used them since. My sister was driving my parents buick regal and hit a patch of ice and totalled it. I had to give my winter car to her. My other sister gets her car rearended buy some guy who couldn't brake in time. Therefore I end up having to drive my sister back to her university with my talon on my summer ultra high performance low pro tires. I would have changed the winters on today if I had known but between football and working I never found out till after dinner tonight.\

So I drive her all the way there being extra careful cause the car handles like shit with these tires. As soon as I make it into town. The car starts bumping. I'm like wow they made this road really shitty. Then Im like wait a minute pull over. My tire is SHREDDED and I was riding on the fucking rim. I am so fumed the rim doesn't look too damaged but it sure could be ruined I'm not sure. The rim of course will be almost impossible to replace seeing as how they discontinued my rims a long time ago. Not only that but my fucking 150 dollar tire is destroyed. It was fucking freezing cold and we had to wait 45 minutes for a tow that didn't even have fucking dollies for the awd. So of course it takes way the fuck longer. Then I had to get my girlfriend to pick me up. Not to mention I have no way of getting to school tommorow.
not to mention all the $$$$$ and time its gonna waste.\

DAMN dude that sucks. What really sucks is that the one rim made the other three worthless as well. Hope it works out for ya man.

As for the rim either Ebay or call the manufacturer and see if they can find a dealer with one in stock not sold.

As for the tire..it's just piece of rubber no worries. I don't even have tread on my tires..I drive in snow and ice with slicks and haven't had any trouble as far as failure but you may have ran something over such as glass or metal and it just went to hell from there :/

lol no no I was actually talking about the NFC AFC championships. Well I called the place today where I had it towed. Turns out I dropped the key in the rent a car drop slot instead of theres. But anyways I'm gonna have to bring my winter tires up and then I'm gonna let them change them for me. Not because I can't do it myself just I feel like i have to give them some business kinda thing when i get my car towed there overnight. Plus its just easier in this frigging cold.

Wow finally some good news. I got the car back today I switched on the winter tires/rims and took a look at my rim its fine :) phew:) now all I need is a new tire.

At least the rim is good. How much tread was left on that tire anyways?
