Just bought 2008 Chevy Cobalt

Hello Everybody! I just bought a new 2008 Cobalt-2dr coupe. Black exterior and two tone interior. Chrome exhaust tip. Simply stunning. Power windows, locks, remote starter, power sunroof..xm radio, onstar...cruise control...loaded!!! Beautiful two tone interior - very upscale materials used. I drove it for 48 miles today...simply the best car i ever drove. Extremely tight - very responsive, quick on the turns. I took a look at the Honda Civic...it was nice too. But Chevy gave me $2K off for trading in my 2007 Aveo and another 2K off rebate special. I seriously recommend this car. But get it loaded - don't cheap out. You will be very happy.

I have a 07LT1 & like it very much. Would buy another tomorrow if I needed to replace one of our older vehicles.

Congrats on the purchase. I do love my 2007. I would recommend one to anyone in the market for a small economical car and would buy another, but get one loaded?? No way. I realize you traded in an Aveo, but a Cobalt is what it is. A low-end economical Chevy. There is nothing upscale about them. They are not supposed to be. When you decide you don't like this car in 6mo to a year, you will eat the extra $2-3K you spent on the options. Your insurance will also be way higher with a 2dr over a 4dr.
