Ground Hum

I have a 03 1.8T GTI. From time to time, I have a ground hum which affect the sound system and illumination in the car. Once i shut the car off and restart, it goes away. What could be the sounce of this problem?:grinyes:

most likely have a loose battery terminal connection or faulty radio.
