Has anyone else had problems with returns to Auto Anything car parts? I received a defective item and have been trying to get a return authorization number for a week and a half. I've been told on three different occasions that my RA number would be e-mailed to me that day. Still nothing. Getting a replacement or refund shouldn't be this difficuly!! Anyone else experience this problem with them?:frown:
