I am thinking about replacing the cracked windshield in my 94 TC. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

Get someone to help you. That windshield is very heavy.

Do you mean front windshield? They are tough, all other glass in your car is easy.
I would let the pros do the front wind shield. They have all the right tools to make the job easy.
