used bcm replacement

Hi Guys,
I have a 1998 trans am convertible and i am having problems with the power top, the radio, and the power windows.
on occasion the three items will quit working than start back working again.
I am told that the bcm could be the culprit. I bought a used one but do not know how to program it to work on my car. it came out of a 2002 trans am.
Please help.

My recommendation is to get it to the dealer to erase the code with a tech2 programmer. I also have this problem with the radio and windows. Where is the BCM physically located? I am tempted to buy a new one. the new one do not have any code programmed. Let me know how it went Good luck
