This is my first car with a clutch so i dont know if im right. But like when i take off or punch the gas the rpm's rise like 2-3 grand before the whells catch up to it like it will rev but the car wont move as fast as it shoudl be at all is my clutch going or could it just have to be adjusted, because when you press the lutch you only have to like press it like 1 half inch before it goes into nuetral so im thinking its like so far out of adjustment that its always kind of in neutral. I dont know if i explained it good enough but please help

it could mean that your flywheel is been glazed.

It means that its wearin out. You can take it out and get it resurfaced.

my clutch pedal is about the same as you said, but from what your explaining, sounds like your clutch is slippin, could be the flywheel, cause mine does that too everyonce in awhile even after I had the clutch replaced.

when my clutch was slippin, it went out. i had problems gettin my car into gear even, an had to double clutch jus to shift sometimes. turned out i had a cracked pressure plate an my pilot bearing was shot. don't u jus love cars? :D
