Antifreeze leak 3.1, 94Century

I have a 94 century 3.1 that has a slight antifreeze leak. Seems to be coming from the back of the engine near where the thermostat is, but it just doesn't seem to be the thermostat. It's very hard to tell exactly where its coming from. The fluid is puddling up near the intake. If I recall browsing the forum here I remember reading about a common problem with intakes leaking Can anyone out ther elaborate on this. I'm really wanting to baby this until warmer weather arrives, April. I was just wondering how quick it will go from so-so to worse to really bad. Thanks.

The intake gaskets have a plastic frame that cracks and starts to leak coolant at the transfer passage in the intake. The leak can also pump coolant into the engine's lifter valley, so keep a close eye on your oil. If it's murky, or overfull, chances are the coolant is getting in the engine. This will cause rapid oil breakdown, and severe engine damage if left unchecked. If it's only an external leak, keep a very close eye on the coolant level. If you overheat your engine due to low coolant, you're almost guaranteed to blow a head gasket.

There is one quick fix until warmer weather, Barsleak has a product that will stop the leak but it costs around $35.
I had a leak and couldn't find it and used this peoduct, worked wonders.
