turbo problems

i installed a rebuilt turbo in my car...car started fine..but when i run it now it boggs out at like 3 or 4000 rpms...ne suggestion

We need a little more info. Year, trim, mods, what type of turbo did you install, etc. Give us as much info as you can possibly think of about the turbo and why you rebuilt it.

Might want to do a boost leak test. Its weird that you only loose power in the 3-4k range but still do a boost leak test to eliminate that problem.
