Simultaneously Heated Seats Don't Function '02

I've searched threads here and can't find an answer to my issue, so here we go.

Simultaneously my GC 02 4x4 V8 Ltd's heated seats seemed to stop functioning. I suppose they could've individually failed as noted in other threads, but that seems a bit unlikely. I checked the F20 fuse, which seems to be ok, and I'm wondering what else people would recommend checking.

Does anyone have thoughts they could share? Thanks!

I understand there might be a relay for them, though I only can find mention of the fuse that operates them. Thanks!
