Electrical, heater and noise problems.

Hi, I am in the UK and have just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Orvis, 1998 with 61000 miles. It drove great for a couple of weeks and then the problems started.

I have a noise/vibration coming from the front that disappears when I take my foot off the gas. It is particularly bad at 30-40, then the road noise takes over.:naughty:
When turning at full lock, the wheels do not seem to turn and I have to add power to get it to move. It is as though they are getting stuck.:frown:
My battery kept running down and I discovered today, by chance, that the blower on the heater was running even though I was out of the car, keys in my hand and the alarm set!!!!!:eek7: I got into the Jeep to check this out, started up, turned the engine off, all good so far, took the keys out, all good so far, sat for a minute, then the VIC came on and told me I had a rear bulb failure, then the overhead console came on, then the climate control came on and the blower started to blow. It stayed on until I disconnected the battery.:crying:I am so proud of this car, and don't want to get rid of it, anyone got solutions for me?
