engine hesitation

I have a 2000 sunfire that hesitates in the cold weather usually at highway speeds but sometime at slower speeds as well. I have replaced gas filter, spark plugs and wires, o2 sencor at the the header but not the rear o2 sencor. Wandering now about the mass air flow sencor. Anyone have an idea as to my problem?
