Wont Start

I have a 328CI it has a shark injector installed, It has been giving me a lot of trouble starting lately. I have had to turn the key off and on till the IP lights came on. I thought it was related to the conti shark injector so I tried to remove it. It would not respond to the injector installed at the ALDL under the dash so I cleared the codes and now it does not start at all. In fact the scanner says the computer is not responding insure the key is in the on position. What next? I dont want to take it to the shop. Its my tuner car!
