1997 Sunfire 2.2L OHV starting problems

About a week ago while driving down the road my car stalled while driving. Tried to start it back up but there was no fuel or spark and indicator for which gear the car was in out. Hot wired fuel pump relay pump works.Towed car back home and PRNDL indicator for which gear it's in came back on. Car will start but stop immediately,anti theft light will start flashing when car stops. Turn key back on and fuel pump keeps coming on and off, if you let it sit for awhile and try to turn it over the PRNDL indicator light is not on the only way the car will start is if this indicator is on. After market radio installed 2 years ago by previous owner done professionally. Really stuck on this one just wondering if anyone can help please. Starting to get annoyed and dont know where to begin?
