93 - 1.6 cold hesitation and bucking, need help!

Whacked

Hello!! I have a 93 celica with the 1.6 and 5 speed stick, the car hesitates really bad when it's cold and seems to suddenly "take off" at random, it seems like it's running at half power, and I've noticed it's really only when it's cold and seems to go away after a while when it warms up. It also has a bucking really bad when i'm barely on the gas, like just cruizing down the road, it can be pretty violent at times if I don't hit the gas or take it out of gear when it starts. This also happens mainly when it's cold. I really haven't a clue as to where to start to figure this one out and if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!!!! Thanks for reading!!!
