99 ZR2 torsion bars

I have a 99 ZR2 S10 and I was under it last night and I noticed that the right (pass) side torsion bar bolt was almoast bottomed out. However the left bolt was out quite a few turns. Shouldnt they both be about the same?
The truck looks level but I have not taken any measurements yet. This is really bothering me.

The bolts at the rear ends of the torsion bars are used to adjust front suspension ride height. It should be checked, and adjusted if necessary, each time the front end is aligned. Differences in torsion bar strength determines where they are adjusted. It's quite possible for the adjuster bolts to be different side to side due to the bars weakening at different rates.

I measured the bumper seam on both sides of the truck and they are equal. So I guess that having one adjuster screwed way in is ok.

Ride height is the vertical distance between the lower ball joint and the frame. It is not meant for leveling the body. If ride height is correct, and the body is not level, it indicates a body misalignment issue.
