Re-attach passenger side mirror

As I pulled over to let a car pass on a dark street, I must have hit my passenger side mirror on the back of the van I pulled behind. The wires are attached and the power mechanism works, but I can not, for the life of me, get the head joint with the mirror (for lack of better terms) back on. Any ideas? It mainly looks like the mirror's glue came unstuck as nothing is broken or chipped...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I would suggest Gorilla Glue.
