93 Blazer Vortec V6, TBI Intermitent No Start.
Battery Voltage - Good; Fuel Pressure 50lbs running, 40-45 lbs key on.
I can get it to start with carb cleaner / starting fluid and if I keep it running for a while (with carb cleaner) it will eventully stay running on it's own, and runs okay at idle and a little crappy at 2500 - 3000 rpm.
Truck sat for quite some time (14mths) I have flushed a lot of fuel @ rail and seems to be good ( I put new fuel in tank)
Fuel pressures are consistant with fuel pump problem I think, but it running after carb cleaner start has me stumped. I have good spark, dist cap and rotor are good. Thanks for any ideas / help you're able to extend.

Your fuel pressure is low.
4.3W code you need 55/61 fuel pressure.
You need 60 lbs on a cold crank start or your injectors will not squirt fuel.

It will run all day on lower pressure but cold start you need full pressure.
Check fuel filter and block or plug a return line not over a few seconds and see if pressure comes up to 75 lbs or more.
If so you are losing fuel regulator pressure or a leaking line.
If pressure does not come up with return blocked fuel pump is weak or losing voltage to it.

You are welcome and thanks for posting back how it went.
Glad all is well and running.
The 4.3 just loves and has to have full fuel pressure.
Good Luck
