Water on Passenger side Floor

Hello

I have this weird issue, I seem to be getting water in my passenger side floor. It seems to generally only happen after snow/rain. When I get into my car, my right speaker and lower right hand side of the door is just wet, could there be a problem with the seals on the door?

Most likely either the weather striping or the black thing that the window seals against on the outside. If either is missing/damaged, replace it.

Thank you for your reply, how would I go about replacing the seal that is on the window to the outside? Please help explain to someone that knows almost nothing about working on a car
