My guess is $2500 plus.

Why does trans need to be replaced? What are the symptoms? Is it slipping? Before I go throwing that kind of money into a trans I use a bottle of auto-rx and let it clean the gunk that probably causing your problems. Unless of course its a mechanical failure then start saving your pennies. :frown:
