A Lamp Fault Code of 34 and B2292 diagnostic code both indicate Safety Belt Pretensioner Status (Passenger Pretensioner Circuit Fault).
Per the factory service manual...
Possible Causes:
A safety belt pretensioner status fault can be caused by:
-Wiring, terminals, or connectors.
-A faulty pretensioner.
-RCM.

I'd start by checking the wiring, specifically the connectors near the pretensioners. Make sure one didn't get pulled loose or end up with a pinched wire. Do you know the history or this Explorer, or did you buy it with the issue?
There is also a specification for the resistance through the pre-tensioner if I recall correctly that may have you determine if the pre-tensioner itself is faulty. I don't have the service manual with me currently though.

I don't find a resistance spec for the pre-tensioner. Looks like the amount you'll be able to test without special tools is limited to inspecting the connections under the seat and at the seat belt buckle/pretensioner assembly.
