I changed my brake pads on my '00 4.7L durango about 3 months ago. They are making a kind of grinding feel but not bad like they are going out. The rotors were all smooth when I changed the pads so I didn't turn the rotors. Any ideas what this can be?

I want to change my coolant. What is the best procedure on doing this for a durango?

if you put ceramic pads on you'd need to burnish them, if not did you lube all contact points? usually in the morning when you first back up the noise will be caused by moisture on the rotor and the pad heating up and after a minute it's gone . IM me if still not right.

don't have ceramic. It happens sometimes and other time not. guess it is from moisture, got plenty down here (houston).
can you tell me the best way to flush my coolant?

Full flushing at home is always best done in the summer. Use a flushing kit from an autoparts store (instructions are in it) and and a flushing agent.

If you're going to do it in the winter, I would just take it somewhere to have it done.
