Has anyone replaced the headliner in there van? Does the board that the material is glued to come out of the van or do you glue the new material to it while the board is still in the van?

I think it would be very difficult to apply the new material to the headliner with it taking it out. Is there a way you can flip your van over? lol
If it was me, I would leave it in and precut it to a point, and have some help. One has to spray the adhesive and then hold the material up while the other pats it up, we did about 3 feet at a time. It's possible as long as you have a plan, and oh...patience. Go slow. I helped a neighbor friend do one in a Freestar minivan and it turned out pretty good. I also did this in a sedan awhile back and did take the liner out, I broke alot of clips that were glued to the board that held the liner up. All the help I can give, good luck.
