'92 Century Radio Problems

I have a '92 Buick Century (3.3L). I just had a few of the wires in the loom fixed because they were exposed and shorted out one of the relays. I turned the radio off when they relay shorted out, and when i went to turn it back on (after the realy was replaced) it won't work. Then i noticed a few of the fuses in the glove box were blown so i replaced those, but still no luck. The odd thing is that the clock still works, but the radio won't turn on. Any suggestions will help. I know a little bit about cars, but obviously not enough. Thanks in advance for any help.
