Waht does our display name mean? Where did it come from? some people have names that are self-explanitory. But what about the others like Thor, Blackcrow, etc.

Dash was added in to "extreme-ify" my totally awesome name because I rock it

mine is quite similar to davids except I added an I right there in my first name for some wild and crazy reason. Mostly cause I like to live on the edge.

I wanted to just be an average person, "Joe Shmoe." I only had the Nissan then so i added it to make my name longer, I hate it now.

For some reason, in 6th grade I picked up the nick name "The God of Thunder". I cant exactly remember the reason why, but I think it had something to do with the fact that my buddy and I were getting into programming and I needed an ultra sweet and fear instilling nick name for when we revolutionized the hacker world :rolleyes:. Yes, I was a lame ass little kid. Well, later I got the nick name Big D because of my generally bigger size and first initial of my first name. When it came for me to get internet handles (AF was the first one I think) as many variations of Big D as I tried were already taken, so I reverted by to my 6th grade days, but since Thor is the Norweign God of Thunder and I am Norweign, I used Thor. The 06 is my grad year from high school.

xavier3 is a name my dad used to use on all his accounts duno where the hell he got it from. and when i used to play diablo i would play with some of his friends so i made my account xavier3jr so they would know who i was and its stuck ever since i used it for everythinjg lol

Well to be honest, I'm not entirely sure how I came up with my SN originally... I've been Blackcrow64 since the beginning of the internet back in the day... Or at least once it started becoming popular in homes anyways...

I choose Blackcrow64 because it is kind of unique and you don't see it anywhere else, so I stand out in the crowd. :p

If you search for Blackcrow64 on Google, anything that comes up as a result is me... I am all over the internet as that SN. I am a little pissed off though because the only place that I have encountered where somebody else had that SN was on youtube. Some dueshbag has a "cock fighting" video on there and I hate that shit. I wish I could get my hands on that SN on there and then I would totally own the entire internet. lol

Well I have a Talon and an Eclipse. When I need a dealership part for the Eagle I have always gone to Mitsubishi rather than chrysler. So I guess in a sense it's a talon/eclipse mix. And my eclipse is a GSX. So there you have it.

I went to my chrysler dealer and the guy said mitsubishi eclipse parts don't work on my eagle talon because they are not the same car. DOH!

I can go to Chrysler, Mitshu, and Jeep dealers for parts. I always goto the Chrysler dealership because their cheaper and they know their stuff.

Yeah but i specified 1990 and there was no 420a for 1g's.

I just got a bunch of parts from www.mitsubishiparts.com They can get you anything and if you compare their prices to extremepsi or slowboy, they always beat them for OEM parts.

My name came from back in high school, when I got my first eclipse. For some reason a lot of people there started using "eclipse" as a verb, like when I got a flat tire or overheated, someone would say "you car just got eclipsed".

Well anyways one time we were... ahem... getting lit in someone's basement really late at night, and we started freestyling. It was my turn and I apparently said some really cool lines, and added "we flowin but I don't give a damn/we gettin eclipsed at 3 am". They all thought it was the coolest freestyle ever (we were high) and they were always repeating it for whatever reasons. So when I was thinking of a name for this site, it just stuck. So I guess the roots of this name mean "its really late and im high", lol. btw I dont smoke anymore, its been almost 6 years.

Well, I had a 1999 eclipse rs at the time I made the name, hence the 99 and "clipse". I was also pretty young at the time, so I put "kid" in it. It also sounded good.

Now, I have the name "MikeIsBoosted" on any other forum I go to. That's pretty self explanatory lol.

I looked at the dictionary one day when I was about 13 and pointed to defiancy. I have used it for everything since then. Like Blackcrow, defiancy is my SN on just about everything. Odds are if you see a defiancy it's me.
