ok after driving around all day tring to find a good park without any Bums wondering around i finally found one, its about 5 min off the freeway its called Enslen park

exit KANSAS ave from 99 east on Kansas (turn right if comin from fresno left if comin from the bayarea/sac)

all the way down kansas, it ends at 9th st, take a left on 9th st
RIGHT on tully
then your first right on STODDARD
all the way down stoddard you will see the park on the left side

Just figure out what everyone else is bringing (make a list) and I'll try to fill the rest. BTW, i have a small portable(2 by 2) rolling ice chest that I can bring too...

yeah my car is gonna be running at battle of the imports. i really really wanted to go to this meet, but i totaly forgot about battle, thought it was the 22nd. but guess not. and i also got to be at work at 6:00am till about 3:00pm doing our stupid once a year inventory that same saturday.

hmm i might be new here but i know any 4g member is welcomed. i used the yahoo maps and maped the route & its says "Approximate Travel Time: 5 hrs 30 mins" i kno its not as much as others might have traveled but it is a hell of a boring ass trip if u go solo. my other friend has a red hatch ill talk 2 him see if he is interested in goin. if not ill ask another friend of mine (not into imports much) but he is a cool tag along.

Dont worry about it, my buddy with a 5th gen is probably rolling with me, and back in August, me, 88CiViC_DX, and nemo_wolf drove 6 hours to go to the klamath falls, OR meet, while ci5ic drove like 10 hours down from Spokane WA to attend ... can we say 4th gen pride? :cool:

audi says he's making the 27 hr trip here this year. kris was going to try and make it as well. mike owned everyone on distance last year.....this year it'll be interesting who gets that title ;)

90civicrider says he can't make it :( i'm hearing an excuse for another later event. maybe aug-sept again. marco_os was talking about up there. maybe we'll take over WA for a day

hahaha ... im not sure, i might actually have it registered on monday since the dude i bought it from flacked on me all week this week. gotta see how it goes though. probly make me sign all the paper work again knowing my luck. and that actually reminds me i need to get my moms signature on the bill of sale so i can get my insurance tied up. fuckers wont insure me on my own so it has to be in both mine and my moms. damn insurance. anyways, the bitches at work only gave me saturday for work ... so when i asked for it off she PMS'd on me and gave me the day. i didnt know what time we planned on ending this lil meet so i figured i would need the whole day. looks like i get no pay check for the week now.

i get paid on Thursday's. the only thing is that if the meeting is around 11 am. i have to work friday from 11pm - 4am but i usually kick it after work until like hmmmmm....5 am and this little trip is 5 hrs long so i dunno if i wanna bust an all nighter or not. ill figure something out. PS still need directions :p

i dont really know my way out of socal but once u get over the grapevine its easy, take 99 all the way to modesto exit kansas and follow the directions :flash:

Dont trip ... I will probably be the only 4 door there. The people on this board are like a family and arent really quick to diss others, you will be suprised by the friendly atmosphere this meet will have.

hehe i know this isnt the wanted or for sale thread ... but this is specific to this meet. If anyone has a compatable si gauge cluster for an 88 hatch, so i guess that would be out of a 88-89 si, i am in need of one. Also for reference an 88-89 LX or EX sedan cluster will fit in your car nicely also.

Umm ... my car is a 91, so its gonna be a bitch to fit that shit ... mob out to pick and pull in fairfield, cause I know I seen 4th gens with tachs that were 88-89's. And it isnt difficlut to install your cluster, I took one out of a 90 EX for mdnnccivicrcr pretty easily.

you know i so would except i have an unregistered car, driving that anywhere takes massive stress on me. as it is every day i drive to school i fear the campus cops, and i mean cops not security, putting a ticket on my car.

yes my campus has its own three car cop station which is fully functional, as well as two truck fire station.

mateo...is san mateo right nemo? i used to live there..the grandparents still live there. Anyhow i dont remember it ever being said we were not going to meet at mjc anymore bcuz the original plan was mjc then the park and dont get attitude for haven hes my bud he knows whats up.
