Water standing on passenger side

I went out to my car today, after it had rained quite a bit last night. Well there was quite a bit of water standing on the passenger side. It has been damp for a while, but never had this much water. I called the local dealer and the service guy said if it's not a leak somewhere, it might be an evaporator core drain that is clogged/full. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas what could be the problem here. Trying to avoid taking it to the dealer if it could be an easy fix.

Without anymore details, I would be willing to bet that your heater core is leaking.

I would have thought that too, but this is straight water I would say. A leak in the heater core would be more of a mix correct?

yeah, do a search of the forum for water leak. You will find your answer. Its the weather stripping around the heater box. Very Very easy fix. I did it on mine and not another drop of water!!!
