I was just wondering how everybody keeps their maintenance records. I had a program called Autotech but its not new enough for my 07. I was just wondering if yall write it down in the owners manual or what.

I started out keeping my records, but that lasted until about the first oil change. I do all my own maint and plan to keep the truck until it's not worth anything so I decided not to worry about it.

I just write in the owner's manual every time I do something. It is more to remind me of when I need to do the maintenance (when was the last time I changed the cabin filter).

I use www.mygmlink.com (http://www.mygmlink.com) .

You register your vin on the site and you get updates if there are recalls or when maintenance is due. You can click of the type of maint that was done(oil change/installed new tires), when (date/mileage), who did it (you/someone else), and how much it cost..... along with what ever notes you want to add.

Very quick and easy to update and check to see when something was done last or when something is coming due.
