2.7 cranks but doesnt have spark need help

unpluged the cam sensor still no good , i got a code saying no cam sensor detected when cranking i dont know what that means but there no spark so i neeed help thannks

I'm not sure why you unplugged it, but when my car was doing that. I went and have the cam shaft sensor replaced and never had the problem again.
Another problem can be the fuel pump, they tend to go out if you run your car below 1/2 tank a lot.
