My now completly stock 2000 silver G20, will be undergoing some changes this spring. Im going to do the following in March:
-exhaust/intake
-18 in. chrome wheels
-lowering springs
-custom painted eye lids
-red calipers
-cleared out blinkers
-carbon fiber dash kit
-tinted windows 15%
Let me know what you think? Suggestions would be great! Thanks

The GroundControl and JIC Magic kits are coilovers. Even the B+G kit I would call a height adjustible suspension replacement.
BTW what is the official definition of 'coilovers?' :confused: If it's a coil spring over a strut/shock then wouldn't even a MacPherson strut assembly be a 'coilover?'

The GroundControl and JIC Magic kits are coilovers. Even the B+G kit I would call a height adjustible suspension replacement.
BTW what is the official definition of 'coilovers?' :confused: If it's a coil spring over a strut/shock then wouldn't even a MacPherson strut assembly be a 'coilover?'

Tien's are gonna be hard to find in the US without spending alot of money cuz I think Tien only imports to the US through very few people.

Yeah, get the Ground Controls with Konis. :D
Of the Japanese coilovers, the CRUX coilovers look pretty promising. They use inverted dampers.

I don't think there is an "official" definition. Generally though, a coilover is considered to have an adjustable spring perch. Technically speaking, you could call our stock suspension a coilover, but nobody does. As I said, coilovers are generally thought of as having an adjustable perch.
