NO
Why don't you wait more patiently? You wait an hour and then start demanding an answer?
Somehow, I don't think FOTW and meanb16 are going to tell you all their secrets, they are in the business of building these kits and if they tell everyone how to make them they will be ruining their own business.

the question has been asked many, many times on this forum, do a search and you'll see all the previous threads.
There's no real answer as to how to make bodykits, styrene sheet and putty is all that's needed along with plenty of reference.
There's a few sites that show progress on such builds including Meanb16's so u should be able to work it out. Here's a few but not in english;
http://www.geocities.com/carmodelworkshop/CarModelWorkshop.htm

sr20det2nr,
Being that I don't build custom kits, I mainly do box stock kits with a few details added I will tell you what I would do. RESEARCH AND MORE RESEARCH!! This is such a broad and complex subject to be quickly covered in what is meant to be a quick you ask/answer forum. There are tons of sites with various tutorials online. You have to take the time. Also this requires a lot of practice, I'm guessing. Also you may want to only tackle a part of costomization at a time, lowering a car, hood scoops, sides skirts, etc. I might be wrong but that's how I've progressed to my present building level, RESEARCH.

1st step is to familiarize yourself to raw materials. Buy various thickness of style sheet, like 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 mm etc, and epoxy putty and play with them. Then stare at reference pics real hard, and organize yourself how to make flat planes with styrene sheet and curve with putty. There isn't any definite answer to making body kits.
But if you are more specific about which part of what car you are interested in making, it might be easier for everyone to help.

That pretty much sums up everything about this hobby. If you're looking for a quick fix, you should look into diecast. :)
But if you are willing to put in the time and effort, you will get some stunning results eventually!!

Open the phone book and fine the train model stores. There will be a whole bunch of scratchbuilding materials there. Also check magazines of the subject to find mail order stores.
Common brands for styrene sheets are Ever Green in the U.S. and Tamiya in Japan.
Epoxy putty can be either Miliput or Tamiya.
