1998 Avenger 2.5

What kind of damage did I do? I left the key on and drained the battery. When I put the chager to the battery the key was still on I heard all kinds of clicking noises (relized the key was on and imeditally turned the key to off). It started ok. after that but I only drove it 3 miles and shut it off and it will not start. The battery is fully charged and the motor turns over. I pulled a plug and there is no spark.
This is what I have checked so far. Fuses under the hood, ASD relay and crank posistion sensor. Need help. Thanks.
