98 350 o2 sensor

could anybody tell me what sensor is what bank 1 sensor 2 or bank 2 sensor 2. left side ,right side, up stream , down stream?scanner says bank 2 sensor 2, i changed the one after cat. convertor. engine light came back on,same code?
