yeah..I'd say that's a scam..

I wouldnt get an ecu chip on a honda period....let alone hack that thing into my wiring harness...how much you wanna get its and empty box with some wires comin out ;)

Too much junk out there that people try to sell, but i don't feel bad at all for those that get suckered into buying it. If you want real power than you will have to spend a good amount of money.
