95 dodge caravan 3.3 trans problems

motor runs fine and i can drive all day but the transmission wont come out of 2nd gear, taking off or from a dead stop it stays in 2nd, the speed sensor was changed but didnt help, any ideas would be so helpful, also does anyone know which fuse goes to the radio? it just quit and i am sure it still works, the radio or the dash lights dont work, i cant find a diagram to see which to replace, thanks e1 for your help:banghead:

When was fluid and filter changed last? ATF+4 ONLY.
DOes speedometer work?
Check and clean all grounds including battery cable ends and terminals.
Check solenoid connector for moisture , clean and apply electical grease.
Check gound wire to transmission located on the transmission in starter area.
Check all fuses and relays.
Check connector to TCM, under hood passenger side firewall.
Change input sensor on transmission( You stated you replace speed sensor which is the output sensor)

i was trying to do what someone told me to do, they said to drive then about 40 mph to put the trans in neutral and shut the van off, i did it then restarted the van and it would go right into high gear, what does this mean?
