hard to get into gear

i've got a '94 silverado with a manual trans and progressively its gotten to the point where i can barely get into any gear using all ive got.......the clutch pedal doesn't seem to be any harder/easier to press.....any suggestions on where to start?

I would start with the slave cylinder and the rod to the throw out bearing fork and the condition of the clutch disc it self.
